Planes of the face

My skill with heads, mostly female heads, is nto where I'd like it to be, so I've been devoting time to practicing. It's getting better slowly, But MAN THIS STUFF is difficult. I mostly get inspired by Vivianne Kosty everytime i see her wonderful work on my feed. WOOBOY That stuff is amazing. Here's where i am so far

This is fun! I'm learning a bunch

So I've been watching quite a few videos, that arent tutorials, but I'm doing what I can to follow along. I think I"m doing ok, but this skin still doesnt look real. I think it has a lot to do with my artistic capabilities. I'll come back first thing tommorow after work, with fresh eyes, and I'll probably be able to tackle this joker no problem.
